Product Overview

High-quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on the rib side. Griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking. Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat! Please note that this griddle is only able to be replaced on the middle burners on a 36" Range or Rangetop and the 2 middle burners on the 48" Range or Rangetops. Returns are not accepted on this ZLINE accessory.
